Private Tuition
At Danceology we pride ourselves in our
unique teaching abilities. Both Kenny and Sharon have unique
styles of teaching that enable every student to fulfill their
optimum dance performance.
If you have a private lesson with us, you
will be surprised just how much you can learn in one hour. It
is a very enjoyable experience. We can train you in any style
that you choose. So who would benefit from having a private
lesson:

want some technical advice and guidance in your dance.

feel you want to progress quicker than the class

want to try a new step in a routine

want to learn a new dance style

a specific dance routine to your favorite music
There are many reasons to invest in private
lessons. You may only have a one hour session once every
month, or once every two weeks, most people have a private lesson
once per week and use the classes as practice.
Northern Soul is Sharon's speciality, she
frequented Wigan Casino Club and Blackpool Mecca in their hay day,
this is the style Sharon loved for many of her teenage and early
twenties years. She can help you with the basic movements and
spins etc. and make you feel more confident when attending any
revivals.
You control what you want to be taught in
your private lesson. You are in control of your own dance
progression.
Both Adults and children's dance styles are
taught in private lessons. Apart from all the ballroom and
Latin American dances that are taught in classes and the Salsa,
there are also a few more unique styles that are taught via private
lessons, these include......

American Smooth / Swing
Viennese Waltz
Paso Doble
Street Dance and Hip Hop
Northern Soul Dance - great for all who want
to move to this type of music, all the basics taught including
spins etc.
